| Описание | The toponym, strange at first glance, comes from the name of a small river Rudyanka, which originates from its foot and flows into Usva, and the local word "spoi" is a ridge without clearly defined peaks. The Rudyansky spoi stretches about 20 km from the Kosva River in the north to the Usva River in the south. On the northern summit of the ridge there is the Gubakha ski complex and Krestovaya mountain, and on the southern summit there is Kamenny Gorod. The rocky outliers of the Rudyansky ridge are formed by ferruginous sandstones and have a characteristic oblique bedding. In these sandstones you can find fossilized parts of ancient plants, imprints of the crust and paleosoil. It is at the Rudyansky spoi, on the landscape grounds in the vicinity of Gubakha, that the events of the international festival "Secrets of Mount Krestovaya" take place. |

Да, Каменный Город приобретает всё более широкую популярность среди туристов ! Иногда эти скальные нагромождения называют по-другому - черепахи за поразительное скалоостанцов с пресмыкающимися...
@geophysic66, Это не каменный город, вернее не совсем он. Это тот же хребет, но севернее, в районе Губахи.
